School Clubs Term 5 and 6 2023

Please find attached a selection of after school clubs that will be on offer to pupils during Term 5 and 6 2022.

Please download the required forms/information, complete the booking instructions, or complete the form and return to the school office (via class teacher) as soon as possible.

Please note: Places at these clubs are limited, so please return your forms as soon as possible.

If we have a club that is oversubscribed, names will be picked out of a hat to ensure fairness.

Paper copies of these forms can be collected by your child from the school office.
