Our new term has started with an inspirational couple of days of maths!
We have been investigating finger perception, how to make different 2D and 3D shapes from one loop of wool, what happens when you change the numbers along the edges of Pascal's triangle and how the area and perimeter of rectangles are related!
It has been two days of hard thinking and challenging ourselves when things are tricky but we know that challenges help us learn and when we get things wrong we are still learning!
We will keep this positive attitude going throughout the term - which looks like it is going to be busy!
