Justine works for Lloyds Banking Group and sits on the marketing leadership committee, which sets the divisional strategy for the portfolio of brands, alongside providing the governance and oversight on key performance metrics including risk, finance and people. Justine herself attended the schools in Backwell many years ago. She wants very much to support the ongoing success of these schools which gave her a great start to her career.
