Hello year 4!
We hope you got on ok with the new style of learning last week and no doubt you have all been continuing to work incredibly hard - don't forget to send in examples of the work you have been doing for us to see!
You now also have access to 'Bug Club' to do some reading and 'TT Rockstars' to practise times tables. Please be sure to make use of both of these invaluable resources. We will be checking regularly to see if anyone needs more books added or has earnt a TTRS certificate (this will be emailed to you) but if you are finding any of it too easy or too difficult, just ask your parents to drop us an email and we will sort it for you!
TTRS certificates earnt this week:
Levi - Wannabe Status
Jack H - Busker Status
Well done boys!
Spotted on Mr Webster's Blog this week:
Dylan - (along with Sonny) put together a fascinating YouTube
video all about animal artefacts! We were really impressed with all 3 of your precious artefacts - mermaids purse, monkfish skeleton and an adder skeleton - wow! Where did you get all those from?!
Well done boys!
Please find below this week's learning timetable. As usual, just work through the tasks at a pace to suit you and your family. Any resource sheets needed can be found below.
We have also added an 'Ongoing Resources' folder on our home learning front page. This contains extra resources that you may wish to use for handwriting, spelling and phonics.
We will still continue to read 'The Witches' each week (without the guided reading tasks) as we know many of you have been enjoying sharing the story with us! You can find the link below.
Extra Maths Resources
If you need any extra Maths why not take a look at some of the following websites, but be sure to check with an adult first as they will need to register to access the resources. You may also have spotted some Maths activities on Bug Club which you are also very welcome to take a look at.
Please play on garage for 3 minutes every day on TT Rockstars.
Don't forget about the battles too!
Computing - E-Safety
A few weeks ago we sent home an email which suggested a website you could use for your e-safety learning. We hope you have been finding this useful. The website release new videos and activities every fortnight so please continue to check in for new resources as keeping safe online is even more relevant now you are using your devices so much more at home.
We have included the link below - you can also access all previous weeks learning in case you have missed any or not yet had a chance to take a look.
Please only access this website with adult support as they will need to guide you to resources in the correct age range.
