We hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather over the Easter break and are feeling refreshed and ready to continue with your home learning. Thank you and well done for all of your hard work so far with the home learning. We have loved seeing the pictures and videos you have shared with us on Tapestry, so please keep them coming!
This Term our topic is 'Ready, steady, grow' and to begin the topic, our activities this week are themed around the story 'Jack and the beanstalk'. We have adapted the layout of our home learning to make it easier for you to fit into your home life. Below is a document full of activities for you to do at home with your child. Ideally we would like the children to choose one English and Maths activity a day along with daily reading (eBooks, phonic apps, stories from home) and sight word practise.
This week the sound we are learning is 'air'. Please follow the PowerPoint below when teaching the sound and a video will be uploaded to Tapestry to reinforce your teaching.
If you have any questions or are looking for any advice, please send an email to the school office or alternatively, post an observation to Tapestry and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Have a great week!
